Vampire Guilds : RULES AND REGULATIONS

here are the certain rules you have to follow while you're here in our Homez. We want to have a peaceful and nice Homez that's why we made these certain rules.

READ. COMPLY.

FIRST, kindly resize your signatures into thumbnail size or small size. Large images will lead into heavy and slow loading of the page. You can resize your pictures on the photobucket site. Not only the Signatures were concerned in here, ALL pictures [ if you may ] should be on a thumbnail size.

SECOND, Posting of threads should be on proper categories. And posting of your replies should be on their proper Threads. Flying post will be immediately deleted if we can't move it. Post on the respective thread to avoid deletion of posts.

THIRD, Out Topic post would be immediately deleted without the consent of the members. The Admins and the Staffers has the right to delete Out Topic Post.

FOURTH, avoid starting non-sense thread. Make threads that is OPEN FOR ALL. All members should at least, can relate on the certain thread you made. So in short, no to pa-cute threads. Unnecessary threads would be deleted again, without the consent of the prior poster.

FIFTH, avoid using OFFENSIVE words to the Admins and to the fellow members. We are trying to build a harmonious relationship here and we are trying to build a family here so please, RESPECT each other. If you have a problem with a member or with US, kindly inform us so we can settle it in a peaceful manner. We are HUMANS so we must act as one. NO POWER TRIPPING IN THIS HOMEZ'.

SIXTH, for newbie's questions or for questions and problems, PM the Admins or post it on the PROBLEM AND QUESTION thread. Or you can ask the Pioneer Members lurking on this Homez.

SEVENTH, problem regarding a particular member must be discussed PRIVATELY to avoid messing up. PM me or the other Admins and we will judge fairly.

EIGHT, we are open for Suggestions, Reactions and Comments. If you have some questions regarding our Rules, don't be afraid to ask.

NINTH, members having 0 post for two months starting the day he/she registered will be automaticallly be banished in our Homez. We will check the Member's Post every two months to monitor those 0-posters. You are free to renew or to register again but be sure to be active because you might get kick-out again.

TENTH, If you see some basher/spammer, kindly tell us and we will make actions about it. Some facts here were sacred or private so we must make sure that their works/secrets will be just revolving around our Homez.

Additional Rules:

Avoid using TEXTLIKE fonts. For example, sk8ter boy. Avoid using those kind of words to avoid misunderstanding. Not all members can understand what you're trying to say. Also, avoid changing the FONT SIZE. For example, sKaTEr bOy. It's not nice to look at. Hope you'd comply.

Last, USE the appropriate FONT COLOR for your every post. Read the RANK AND GROUP MANAGEMENT Topic on UPDATES THREAD. There's a list there on what Font Color you can use.

ON POSTING MESSAGES:

No Spamming.

No Flaming. any rude, offensive or inappropriate comments/reviews will be deleted without prior notice to the poster.

No ALL CAPS LOCK. it means shouting or rudeness.

No aLtErNatE/sTiCkY CaPs Font.

No tXt LYk Font.

Avoid using HUGE/BIG FONT if not necessary.

Multi-Quoting or Quoting has limit. You can Quote the members post up to THREE Times. When exceed the number, erase the unnecessary quote or just quote the related reply.

ON POSTING IMAGES:

Please observe the standard sizes for avatars and signatures.

Avatars - max. of 100 x 100 pixels ( width by height)
Siggys - max. of 500 x 150 pixels ( width by height) [though signatures are disabled in the forum]

The graphics must not depict any drugs, porn materials and alike.
